johniel

I'm Johniel Bocacao: a driven and open-minded university student. Going into my second year of Software Engineering, I've received praise from teachers and classmates about my attention to detail, ability to work in and lead teams, and my drive to go further than what is required.

My passion for solving problems and helping others has driven my desire to develop software with and for others. I consider myself a design-oriented developer, open to working on both front and back end. Data science and machine learning excites me the most, being the intersection of my interests in mathematics, statistics, neurology, and telling stories with data.

In my spare time, I like to play the piano, sing classical and musical theatre, doing yoga and running.
